    Please join us for a Washington legal update with attorney Jean Back.  This presentation will cover legal updates that affect Washington employers at both the state and federal level.  We will cover:

    • The new Washington State Sick Leave regulations;
    • The distracted driving law;
    • The new Washington state pregnancy accommodations civil rights protections;
    • Changes required by OSHA for injury reporting, including three new anti-retaliation provisions that affect disciplinary programs, incentive programs, and drug testing programs; 
    • The new Washington state Paid Family and Medical Leave Law; 
    • Privacy training requirements for certain federal contractors (and their subcontractors) with contracts that provide access to a federal system of records; and
    • What is happening with the DOL regulations regarding the Fair Labor Standards Act.
